What used to be at this address

The address remesla.lawit.sk once hosted a catalogue of folk art crafts — profiles of lute makers, woodcarvers, egg painters, straw figures, Holíč faience and gingerbread makers. We are not restoring that catalogue: we have no verified or current information about specific people and do not want to publish outdated contacts. Old links to profiles and crafts lead to the guide Turning a craft into a business, and links about gingerbread to the guide Gingerbread and home-made food.

The specialist body for traditional crafts in Slovakia is the Centre for Folk Art Production (Ústredie ľudovej umeleckej výroby, ÚĽUV).
